Sudhir Goyal is the founder and Managing Director of CVC. He began his business career in 1993 by offering ITES services to the SME / MME and corporate segment customers. In the year 1999, he associated with companies like Bharti Airtel and Tata Communication Ltd. to offer corporate internet and enterprise solutions. In the year 2009, he launched Cross Vertical Club with a vision to offer a unified global business platform. Sudhir has extensive background and experience in Strategic Planning, Operations, Marketing and International Business Relations.

Ritu Goyal is concentrating in Finance Management. Currently she holds the same position in CVC where she is responsible for managing the finances of the company. She also actively participates in day-to-day operations with the core team members and provides vital inputs in the growth of CVC.
